So he was a no show AGAIN we are going to trial the papers he left in my mailbox mean nothing the judge said obviously he does not understand how that works the trial coordinator is going to get in touch with him because they said there are consequences if he does not show up to trial I explained as of September we will both be in school on OSAP and she said I need to bring in all documentation proving I am enrolled and she will order support finally :) They also asked me who I will be bringing as witnesses he will not be able to include witnesses since he didnt show up today to list anyone....
