So why dont they get a real-time video signal from the satellite so they can make sure the debris doesnt float away? And then they could direct the boats and planes to the EXACT right spot in the ocean in real time. Hell, they used satellite video surveillance to watch Bin Laden walking around on the roof of his compound. Maybe military technology isnt quite as impressive as our government makes it sound.
