So here is an update on the cow raid/rescue in Unnao. Along with the help of the DM and SP of Unnao we were able to rescue 96 .....YES 96 MALE cows. Not only that, the licence of the livestock market has been revoked. It has been SHUT DOWN officially. 2 victories. We worked all night. Did some 5 trips up and down to shift the cows. 63 kms up and 63 kms down!!! By 10 30 am the next day all of the 96 cows were with us at Kanha Upvan. We at Jeev Aashraya are their voice. We hold their hope of survival in our hands. We need help....and we refuse to give up because every accomplishment is a great way to start the next task!
