So here is some food for thought.. I was cruising through Pinterest looking a recipes and I found this it sounds delicious and a great make ahead and quick meal for when school starts!! But when I was looking at the ingredients I felt that as delicious as it sounds it would probably put on the pounds😉 so I decided to do a little cal comparison for 8 servings of the original recipe its 517 calories per serving. Thats a little steep, but if you sub ground turkey for ground beef, plain Greek yogurt for cream cheese, whole wheat pasta for regular pasta, and 2% milk reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese you get 407 cals per serving that is 105 calorie savings!!
