So here is the supposed case law that allows for drivers license checkpoints. What I read in this is that you are under no obligation to show your drivers license at the checkpoint, and that you can stand on the fourth amendment if you do not want to consent, but the checkpoint itself appears to be legit under this bullshit case law! So keep that in mind. I dont see from reading this, that you HAVE to produce your license for these people, but apparently they do have the right to stop you and ask! They will run your name regardless and find out weather you have a valid license or not, so NOT GOING THROUGH THE CHECKPOINT IS YOUR ONLY REAL PROTECTION!!! THE ONLY WAY TO TRULY EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS!!! For those of you that cant wait to be strip searched, poked and prodded? Keep bending over for the state! They like it, and apparently YOU LIKE THEM PROBING YOUR ASS AS WELL!!!!!
