So here it is 2 weeks since the fire and Bella Dawna Salon is still a mess. Due to the cause still being undetermined and the salon still being considered evidence to the building owners insurance company, poor Bella is still covered in soot, water and pure yuckiness (my new word). This is completely frustrating and making my stress and aggravation levels sky high. Each day that passes and the demo and clean up are delayed unfortunately also delays the rebuild and getting me back where I belong, inside the salon I love and with my clients I adore. I do have some good news to share. Wink Lash Boutique, which was in the same hall as the salon, has moved out and I will be putting one shampoo sink and one styling chair in that space while I wait the approximate 3+ months for Bella Dawna Salon to be up and running again. I truly appreciate all the sweet messages I continue to receive and I so appreciate all your patience while I deal with this curve ball life threw at me. Im hoping to be back behind my chair sometime this week, if not the following week depending on how quickly I can get it ready.
