So here it is. The end of the 2014 paintball season. Climaxs first full paintball season. We learnt a lot of things this year as a team and I personally learnt a lot about being a coach. Trust and Discipline. The game of paintball is a lot of things however this year we learnt that trust and discipline are a massive part of success on the field. Everyone wants to get the Gs. Everyone wants to walk off the field and tell everyone about the 3 kills they just got. I want to show a little appreciation to our back line. I play snake. I get my fair share of Gs but there is no possible way I could do that without the trust that my back line is ALWAYS shooting over my head. Hes throwing down that support and cover so that I am able to move forward. Hes selfless, patient and disciplined. I trust him. #climaxdefenseisthetits #trustanddisciplineinyourteammates I could not be more ecstatic as the captain of my team. With a now solid roster for 2015 plus a few extra players we will move into the challengers division and god help you all. Scott at Spitfire Indoor Paintball & Go Karts has been our rock. There is no way we could have ever survived without him. The support he gives to the team and the teams below us is endless. Michael and the team at Action Paintball Rouse Hill has been very awesome as well. He supports our home field. He supports my team and the teams below us. His guys fix our gun generally free of charge. He puts on an awesome event. He thinks he is funny but hes not really and he will beat you in a hot dog eating competition 10/10 times. #hesalreadyfinished. I should have listen Jamie, Jess and TPC down at that in the middle of no where town called Dubbo or whatever. Absolute top crew. I am devastated you guys couldnt be in the finals with us. However I am kind of glad because if we lost we would have lost masters and the series so it was good to have at least the series locked in before the finals. I really hope you guys do come up to challengers next year but only so that I can use your tent. Its nice and shady. Thanks Planet Eclipse for making such awesome markers. My WHOLE team shoots PE and I cannot recall a gun failing on us all season. Langkawi was amazing to visit for Paintball World Cup Asia. I will definitely be considering taking a team to complete next year. Thanks again for player of the year, it was my honor. Goodluck to ApeX next year. They have been a massive support system for ClimaX and visa versa. They also have learnt a lot. Goodluck to everyone next year and thanks for having us. We will be back next year with a lot more going on. Like brothers ladies.
