So here it is. The moment Ive been waiting for, likely my whole damn life. My debut album, This Is All I Know, drops on my birthday, April 10th BUT the iTunes Preorder went LIVE on Thursday! My goal is to at least land in the Top 100 iTunes Hip Hop Album Charts in Canada - a huge feat for an independent immigrant with no major support; except yall. If you cop it between today and the first week of release, it counts towards first week sales and if we chart, its a success for independent artists everywhere. The power of the people, of online unity. It shows that all we need is some folks to share it and get behind it, without a label machine or any major promotion. And if we achieve this, can you imagine what we could IF we had some backing? Id appreciate any support yall can give me on this. Over the last decade or so, Ive dropped like 6 mixtapes, a compilation album, an EP and a ton of features, all with no price tag attached. This is the first time Ive ever asked for anything from out supporters - weve been tryina do yall proud out here and we really want to keep the momentum going. Any money raised goes right into pressing physical copies. Thank you all for the kind words and support thus far - I appreciate every single one of yall who have already copped the Preorder, shared the link or sent me a message. I just want a win for the community, and supporting this may bash down the door for indie Canadian Hip Hop, all the while showing you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it.
