So heres a fun new game everybody! We are NOT going to tell you when Piranha Sharks is online and available UNTIL it is online and available. Ignore what it says on the vimeo page. Ignore what anybody says in the chat rooms and the rumor mills. Just....wait. And then, BAM, it will be like a miniature shark filled Christmas morning. Out of nowhere! I cant think of a better gift. Simply put, this is all new stuff. New ways of working, new platform etc. For too long, one of the things that I would do is rush things or accept a compromise because of external pressures. The film lasts forever. You only get once chance to make a first impression. We are really pushing the limits of quality when it comes to Vimeo, to make sure that it hangs with something mastered for iTunes etc. And that, amongst a whole host of other things, causes issues. I really dont care whats worked for other films or what is acceptable for most audiences. I know what looks good to my eyes and ears and what this film deserves. Im not going to accept less in exchange for having it up a few hours earlier. Get ready to be surprised at ANY moment.
