So heres how work was: 20 mins. after clocking into work. A man wanted to purchase some Arizona drinks and axe spray. The axe is B1get 1 half off and he wants to use a 20% off coupon. I tell him I cant use it so he asks to see the manager. Laramie tells him the same thing. He says the store is full of shit, rips his coupon and tried it at me. Later in the shift a man wants me to look up his card with his number. It doesnt show up on file. He makes me do it again a few more times. Says this is a ducking rip off. And leaves. A lady wants to return an item. I ask her if she had the credit card she used for the purchase and says she left it at home. I tell her I cant do the refund without it. Laramie again explains thats the only thing we can do.she leaves saying shes going to another store for the refund. If she has the energy to go to another cvs, maybe she couldve bothered to get her damn credit card.
