So heres my day. I was up til 3am trying to work the numbers where everyone made a team. Just simply could not. I placed kids based on age and skill. I try to think the routine through to see where each kid will be used. I made it clear waft was expected to make a team. With that being said BASiNG and girls who can lift are crucial. So yes I choose to have a few that base only if they are capable of basing the level I need. I was informed that I give special treatment so lets clarify the kids that were questioned Jaylynn Hefti returning member one of my best dancers and this kid stepped up when I needed and based an inexperienced flyer and kept her up all season Jaylynn landed flip flop back yday and scored very high because of her motions Delanie I have had Delanie lift every kid that has flown for me she is my most trust worthy young base she is also a returner who did a perfectly straight layout Harleigh and Addison yes they are my my nieces they both land standing back standing two to a layout both competed full twists last season addi flys at a level 4 and Harleigh a level 5 Harleigh landed a double last week I coach these two girls hard as my level 5 girls can tell you (they are my family dont jack with them!) Not that I need to explain myself but receiving a text to never speak to someone again is unbelievable. Calling out other peoples kids is unacceptable. The other person who has ever told their daughter she wasnt good enough or that she sucked is her own parents. Not me! I could easily screen shot texts that would simply be mind blowing ! I dont like these type post but I be dang if I deserve this along with innocent kids.
