So heres my gripe again about the state of customer service in NZ. I emailed a 2 night stay at a hotel in Wanaka. They booked it for only 1 night which I responded to say thank you but is incorrect. They reply with why is it incorrect? I waited and waited and waited so I emailed again asking if my booking has been corrected and they said no and asked me what the mistake was. Hence they had absolutely no thought to check my original email, no initiative to go through the correspondence to find the mistake and correct it. Instead they make a mistake, annoy the customer then proceed to tell me to tell them to fix there mistake. A mistake that shouldnt have happened in the first place.
