The last place we looked at made me cry. I went home and got on Craigs List found a tiny two bedroom 1978 trailer in a park that we could pay cash for and pay lot rent on and still spend less than on a horrible rental with no yard. So I asked Gary to buy it for me and he did. It is also bigger than our current house. Spent the weekend painting the new place with the help of baby cakes. I think Gary got more done fence building on his own.
