So, heres where Im at, in case your guessing, America. Anyone that knows me well knows that I have a real problem with the backwoods baptist way in which I was raised. Now dont get me wrong. While I was being raised in that environment, I had fun, and was loved. This I know, but my beef lies in the fact that they pushed some things on me, that I know now not to be true. An any case, if there is any one thing I would say on no uncertain terms, where I got incredibly lucky in life, is that my adopted father was the ultimate example of how a man ought to carry himself in this world. And one of the things he taught me, (and I was thirteen at the time, and I will never forget this) was that one can ever ask anyone to do anything, ever, that he would not be willing to do himself.
