So hospital visit today wasnt the best. I have been put through to the booking office for surgery but i had a scan last week and the results were not so good. After a chat with the surgeon i was sent off for blood tests to look for markers that would indicate ovarian cancer. I have a very large cyst that the doctors are concerned about. So im going to loose that overy at the time of the op as well now. So the waiting begins again. If the blood tests show anything i then have to move to an oncologist to do all the surgery and he wont do it the way we have planned as he will need to have a really good look around. As you can imagine loads of tears and a bit of panic this sfternoon but im now holding out hope its just a really big cyst and nothing more.
