So house hunting in a college town is odd. Reading the ads one would think that $400 would be the cost of a one bedroom/one bath unit. but no, that is just for one of the bedrooms in a shared 4 bedroom apartment. its called roommate matching, so confusing! However the bright side about living in a college town is every apartment has huge amenities to attract the young ones. So for a $500 one bedroom apt, no roommates, you get fitness center, pool, tanning, free wifi, Jacuzzi, dog area, theater, volley ball, student area and fire pit! Im holding out for the place with a bowling alley! lol Crazy Stuff!
