So how can the ams2000 be so much better than the ams1000 ? -I get asked every single day. My answer is pretty simple. The ams1000 was designed in 2004 and it is now 2014. I then proceed to ask what turbo they have on the vehicle. The answer is always the same. Latest and greatest from Precision Turbo or Garrett. Hell some guys told me they just sold the new release stuff from the middle of last year to get the newest stuff these companies released. I tell them to take those turbos off and get some some turbos from 2004. They just laugh and say your crazy. I also laugh and say your even crazier lol. Then it hits them that they just answered the question. The technology and capability in the 2000 is unmatched and is 10 years ahead of its time. A base unit 2000 is 375 more than a 1000 and will absolutely murder it and anything else out there as well. Want all the features go with the pro. Both offer extremely well thought out software that looks professional and is very easy to use. Base can be upgraded at any time to a pro unit via code. Version 2 beta software and firmware almost ready- Features: Manifold pressure limitation capability- If your racing in a organization that requires boost pressure limitation and that tech password locks it you will need to use our 100 psi spec sensor for the manifold. If you want to use the limitation with out password lock you can do so with any sensor.
