So how to do push up one handed,start with both hands on the floor,cross your legs one on top of each other, then place your hand behind your back (either hand) then lift with your fingers till your palm is off the floor at the same time lift with your big toe,only use your big toe,go down and touch the floor with your nose,keeping your balance, push all the way up, your arm should fully extend, do ten sets, after doing ten switch hands
