So i finally realized today that i stopped caring if people did their job or not even if it effected me. Its just become so common place that people dont keep up i just start doing their job plus mine until they hop in. And its not just at my job now ive been doing it for years and just havnt noticed. I just get in my own little world and forget about the people around me and just do what im doing and if something becomez diffrent once i get rhythm i fix it. Its cool but man how many people have i enabled to slack off around me
