So i just got a bill from Comcast for $380. Ive lived here for one month, not even one full month yet. Everything they told me at installation was a lie. was told free installation, charged 39.95, then they arbitrarily added on the next bill $60 for addl installation and i was told the installation of addl outlets was also free. well, michael, i see here you signed the work order acknowledging the charges. um, yeah cuz you force customers to sign even though no charges are listed on the work order just what work is/was done. the installer even told me it was free. i called and no credit was given because i acknowledged the charges. what a nightmare. i know cable companies charge one month in advance, but this is ridiculous. Its like walking into McDonalds, i will have that big mac now, i paid for it a month ago. lol
