So if anyone should ever feel the need to use Garners Vinyls in Council Bluffs for wall vinyls, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Jennifer Johnson, ordered several things from him for my grandchildren and he has received payment and has had several weeks to get them to her...he will no longer respond to her notices and is in a hidey hole somewhere in the Bluffs evidently. Paul Garner, you really need to get my kid her stuff... I will get your address from her and I will be over there to pick up her order... and youd better hope that I dont have to ask my husband to accompany me. Shame on you...if you do business like this on a regular basis, you must not keep much business. I sent you an email already with my phone number....please, please use that number and give me some assurance that this is a misunderstanding and that my pregnant daughter, mother to my grandchildren, will have her order immediately or she will have a refund immediately....you choose...
