So if everyone else knew this, BIG SURPRISE! Cause i sure as hell didnt! So, since ive signed up with Famous Footwear like a millenia ago, they have been sending me this and that through the mail and TONS via email. I FINALLY decide to take them up on one of their emailed offers and had to set up my account. So, i had to call the local store cause i had since lost my rewards card and they were kind enough to give it to me after what seemed like a barrage of questions. which was good. anyway, so i go through the WHOLE ENTIRE PROCESS of order, applying coupons, etc. and pretty proud of myself than realize there arent any other regions in ship to except the States. so i again call the local store and he apologized profusely and said that the matter had been put before the corporate office many times but they dont seem to want to accommodate Guam customers that way - through online ordering! so of course i ask the logical follow up question: So why am i getting all these email offers??? the poor sales associate could only reply: Im so sorry Maam, but they even explained to us when we asked about that that they MASS EMAIL everyone on their email list. So then i asked: So, they get you guys to ask for our email only to send us bogus emails that arent applicable to us in the first place because were 2nd rate customers? is that right??? again, poor guy could only reply: I guess so Maam - yes, id say. i told the poor soul Merry Christmas and he quietly asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I told him no, but youve been a big help anyway considering. BOYCOTTING FAMOUS FOOTWEAR!!!! I SPAM-MARKED ALL THEIR EMAIL AND DELETED MY MAILING ADDRESS FROM THEIR DATABASE. EFFING A$$HOLES.
