So, if you have made the choice to be in the service profession, be it a government office, a bank, a restaurant, a shop -its important to actually er...SERVE!!... Every cent is precious these days and if ive chosen to spend that cent at your shop, please honor that with respect, a smile and a thank you. we have to start demanding it..tell employees when their behaviour is unacceptable (but tell them when its good too!)...just dont make me feel like i owe you something!...you are being paid to SERVE ME!...to be of service!...and to all Employers, try hiring people who actually talk to customers and are friendly and helpful...besides its your business in their hands. If someone is rude to me, thats it i just wont go back, end of story!, and id rather give my hard earned money to that nice welcoming person/shop even if they DONT have exactly what im looking for!...thats how important it is to me..:)
