So immediately after the funeral Dr Ivin Khoza went n met the Meyiwa family to check if there is any financial stability post funeral, whether Senzo had a will, how many children he had, any immediate needs for senzos children. Now that what I call a competence boss standing on correct moral grounds....Khoza is not just a boss but a father, counsellor, leader and comforter. This is unusual for a man who never even finished his degree at Fort Hare and owns millions worth of assets in his name. A boss who knows his role. He appreciates the efforts and contribution of the workers. He is not petty, busy fighting stupid battles and almost compete with his workers in the process forfeiting his leadership role.
