So in Majoras Mask 3D, they completely changed the swimming mechanics. Its like Twilight Princesss swimming mechanics in standard form, and in order to swim like in the original game, you need to use your magic meter. I welcome this change. The original Majoras Mask had some of the most awkward swimming mechanics, particularly because of its camera, and hard to control speed. The rippling effect when you first enter the water gave me a headache too. With this change, the Gyorg boss is very different, which I welcome. I hated this boss in the original because of its cheap nature, and the games awkward swimming controls always got in the way of beating the boss effectively.
