So, is it just me or are people over looking one tiny fact. Witnessess reported this "victim" pulled out his penis & threatend a woman with a knife on a public tram car. He refused repeated orders to drop the knife & was an immeadiate threat to the public & the officers. But everybody likes to jump on the anti police band wagon. There would have been public demand for more assertive policing if this little deviant had suffered in his assault or had escaped before police could respond. My sympathy is reserved for the female who was his original target & for the officers who had to respond to & resolve this horrendous incident.
