So is it time for Justice Roberts to change out of his black robe and put on his Legislative hat ---AGAIN--and rewrite Congress law in such a way that he can switch back into his robe and find it perfectly acceptable --AGAIN? As written, and as argued by the laws architects, only States which set up their own exchanges are eligible for Federal subsidies. But the Supreme Court doesnt just interpret the laws anymore when they can rewrite them or just pull non-existent rights out of them. Its too easy just to rewrite legislation to reflet what the individal justices wished that the legislation to say as the other two co-equal branches of government look the other way approvingly. See its the 3 headed monster acting against the suckers they pretend have no standing--which the Constitution refers to as We the People! Anyone besides me wondering why this kind of organized Federal corruption doesnt fall under RICO statutes?
