So it appears that the government might be trying to disqualifying veterans for benefits because they are not well by reclassifying how not well they are based on a new standard of what not being well means in accordance with a new study done on older veterans and newer veterans as their conditions may vary based on their age. So a soldier who is young may suffer the same afflictions or illness as an older veteran but because of their age not qualify because the symptoms may be different overall compared to people who are not veterans. So in case you want me to help rewrite what all of this really means you may want to ask yourself what is the difference between PTSD caused by a war in the last 10 years versus a war that was 20 years ago.
