So it finally looks hopeful that there may be a way to merge the Lindy I am getting with Gottaswing with what I am learning at Arthur Murray. That will keep me from having to make to choice between ballroom and lindy which is a good first step toward my goal of competing at the ILHC within 10 years, but the next step is much harder. I need a dance partner. At this point I could still work with someone who needs to learn from scratch but I really need to find someone who enjoys dancing as much as I do and is willing to put in the time and hard work. I have plenty of private lessons to share so if anyone knows someone like that, please let me know. I have been told it is harder to find a dance partner than a spouse, but if I really want to do this I am going to have to have one.
