So it has been confirmed that if NFP wins the upcoming general elections, all types of palau (including but not limited to goat palau, chicken palau, lamb palau, vegetable palau...and even nutrela palau) will be banned in Fiji as hazardous food item not suitable for human consumption. The reason being for the last 3 elections voters went in NFP sheds, ate their palau and drank their cordial and voted for FLP and other parties which resulted in 0 seats for NFP....a hattrick record held by NFP till today!! So the strategy now is by banning palau (and cordial) NFP will be able to gauge how many votes they are (not) getting...and the rice and soy sauce saved can be put to better use in Somalia or West Bengal!! ...lollz...
