So it is one of those things that you know will happen, you try to avoid and then all you can do is laugh out loud when it happens. It is a lesson Sara and Shelby had to learn the hard way as well. We have always told our kids to knock before coming into our bedroom, and these days we try to always lock the door when we are about to shower. I unlocked the door and when I came back I forgot to lock it. The funny part was the look on her face and the commentary on the other side of the door after the fact! Stephen was standing between our bathroom and our closet, it is a little area with a sink and mirror and you cant see that area from the door. It is the place we both tend to stand when drying off. Lexi was already mid sentence as she opens the bedroom door. Stephen instantly wraps the towel around himself and the towel made a noise as he whipped it around himself. The noise caused Lexi to look, then freeze mouth open and slowly back out of the room and close the door. Mind you she only saw him standing there in a towel but what she said was… HEY GUYS I SAW STEPHEN naked yelling loudly until she got to the word naked and suddenly she was wispering. Lol Of course Katie of all the kids had to attempt to get details out of Lexi about what she saw!! She actually ask Lexi did you see his pee pee?!?!? Katie RAY OLNER!!! 🙀 I suppose it is best to get the embarrassing bits out of the way and let them learn the hard way to knock before barging in our room. And the discussion between the kids was too funny!
