So,it was pretty lame that I only shared my fathers post yesterday. I had some time to reminisce and read my other family members posts! Uncle Charlie was quite a man. I spent a lot of my childhood with him as well. Im sure I annoyed him when I was young at times but we used to build castles and houses with his huge bucket of blocks. Connect four and coloring pictures are a few other memories we shared. Always counting and hearing the stories about his ribbons and metals he won at the Maine special Olympics! I am so proud to have had him as my uncle. He was loved by all who knew him and loved greatly be all he knew! He was so proud to be an uncle and a great uncle. Im So glad my daughter was able to meet such a wonderful soul. He always looked forward to the hugs and kisses from us every time we saw him! Great childhood memories had by all during his time with us! We will all miss you greatly and we all know that you are walking gracefully on the beautiful roads up there waving and smiling to everyone you pass.
