So it would appear that 2013 will be a banner year for the Michigan Hancock Family. Lindas store "Corset Shop Intimates" is doing quite well and she is considering moving to a new larger and more prominent location. She is passionate about what she does, and with a business which has been in Saginaw for 60+years, she feels an obligation to her clients and especially the breast cancer survivors she helps back to recovery. Shannon and Scott bought a new home in Waterford. its on the lake and has a beautiful yard and view of the water. Wait a minute! How come daughter #1 has a lake home and Dad does not? Whats up with this. Anyway Shannon continues to work with Chrysler and recently returned from testing her new product (2014 Jeep Cherokee) in Italy. Courtney completed herCritical Care fellowship at the Univ of Iowa and has taken a position with Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids. She has moved into her apartment, and is enjoing downtown GR. Jbrian II and Kristie gave me a superb birthday present with the arrival ON MY BIRTHDAY of Harper Alice Hancock. She is pretty cute, but not saying much yet. Older sister Grace makes up for that. Both mom and baby are doing well. JB continues teaching physics at Central Michigan. I continue to enjoy serving as Chief of Staff at the Fargo VA. Recently had a multiday visit from our Senator so my ACEP Washington training has served me very well. Opening a new $10M Operating room mid July Its like the deck of the Space Ship Enterprise--all computers, and digital support, and control rooms, and robots. Quite the project. Warmest regards to all
