So its a negative review about the great DHABA not about their food but about their poor service this is not the first time I got poor service.Thanks to Food Bank that I can post a review about their poor service and share the experience with fellow foodbankers ! :) So I with my 3 friends went there and got a table and called the waiter for giving the order and he was like ashtesi ok than again after 10mins I called him ashtesi than after 5 mins he came and took the order - 2dhai fuchka and pani puri and papri chat. And I told than I told them to clean the table they said they will.After saying 6 times that is after half n hour my table was cleaned Okay fine now I again called the waiter and asked where my order he was again like ashtese ektu wait koren. After 15 more mins it got on my nerve and I got up and went to counter and asked bhai kotokon lage? amader ki 45mins lage ekta order server korte? was like kake order disen ektu wait koren achaa fine. The person I complained got vanished for 5mins -_- Than I complained to another person he was like ektu wait koren akoni dicchi ektu oppekha koren..he came back and I again said bhai ekta jaigai khaite aschi order disi order ashte ki 45mins lage? amar pore manush ashe order dicche and ora oder food pacche? he was like kake order deachen, ami bollam oi waiter k and he was calling the waiter but the waiter is so busy. The other person said ok wait koren. and brought the me wrong order and said aije food. Than I became angry and started behaving rude and tokon tara 2jon bhai sorry bhul hoyea gese blah blah and I asked manager koi nai chutite ar kao ase manager niche nah nai.. pore I was like thak bhai rakhen apnar foods ami chole jajchi dont worry aitar bepare ekta review lekbo neh tokon he was like bhai bhai sorry akoni dicchi boshen extremely sorry! So after waiting 1hr I had to leave without foods. The person i complained was good but the waiter I felt like slapping him. Now the thing is the authority needs to take a look at this very poor service. The people beside my table got angry too as the waiter served the foods without cleaning the table. Dhaba has great foods but poor service. I love the foods of dhaba but then again when I recall about their service I felt naaaaaah i rather go somewhere and eat. :/ If anyone knows the owner or anyone from dhaba please tag him/her.
