So its been awhile! A month actually. So with out any further adjure, its the return of the.... Miiiiiiinnnnnnuuuutteeeee BBlllllaaasttttttttt! -Climate action day and summit on the 10am on the 21st of September, so to prepare we shall we making some big letters. Details on when and where this shall be happening Jonathan? -We talked about when rubbish pick up should be. If you couldnt make and want input, talk to October Garfunkel. -Exciting news as we may be getting in the local paper? Cant get to pumped up yet as we still dont know. -Next week were having a meeting for the divestment team at 5pm at miss sushi on wednesday. Dont miss it! ps. Jonathan, Rebecca, October, Andrés and Carl, I saw you put your hands up. Ill be sad if you dont come. -Meeting next Tuesday at 5pm at miss sushi for the Code green week guys -The dredge soil from Abbot point is no longer going to end up in the sea! yay! But this isnt the end, we still have work to do. -6pm on Thursday (thats tomorrow folks) Ahris holding a floating flotilla meeting at miss sushi. -This sunday there will be banner painting (for the flotilla protest) at the Burke street headlands part of the strand from 9am to 11am followed by going out for lunch -Wildlife conservation for JCU has some great events coming up. check out the link for details. -Tarl was re-elected as vice president after a moving speech. -Jonathan was re-elected as President. -Andres was elected to role of treasurer. good luck as you do good, and thank you! -I was re-elected as secretary.
