So, its been just over a month since I started my challenge group. Not everyone has been active in the group and some havent utilized the motivation and support but those who have had lost a combined total of 146 lbs. There are 7 people that contributed to this number. Ummmmm, crazzyyyyyyy!!! These groups work! We keep each other on track and without a group, I would have quit with my own goals a long time ago! Im starting my PiYo group in 5 days so if you want results, if you want a group of people that are doing the same thing and will push you to reach your goals, inbox me. This really works!!! You wont regret one second. 146 pounds!!!!! Blown away!
