So its been over 6 months since we have been Thriving, actually pretty close to 7. I LOVE what Le-Vel and the Thrive Experience has done for Mark Campbell and I and many others as well. So what do I know??? * First and foremost we are healthy. Our nutritional gaps are filled with all sorts of goodness. We dont crave the bad stuff. Mark still gets upset with me that he has no desire to drink a full Pepsi, or eat fast food like in the past. Do we splurge once in a while? Of course - because we can because we are taking care of ourselves. We are not living on shakes and supplements. * Discomforts are a thing of the past. Within a few days of beginning my Thrive Experience, the aches/discomforts in my knee, neck and wrist were gone and they are still that way today. On occasion I can feel the knee discomfort if I over do it (I am getting older), but I wake up the next day feeling great! * Digestive Support - I dont think anyone wants me to elaborate on this subject, but lets just say things are working properly and I am a much happier person because of it. I now can travel without being miserable for the first time. EVER. * Energy - I have a nice energy that lasts throughout the day and keeps me going until beyond work hours and I am productive at home. I can make it through the day without feeling the need to rest my head on my desk because I am wiped out. I still have my good and bad days, but that depends on my lifestyle. * I dont get stressed out like I used to. Little things would set me off and would give me anxiety, especially during our busy season at the office, but now I handle things differently. I am happier, and feel like I am a better wife, friend, etc. * The wonderful, restful, peaceful sleep I get now is amazing. I wake up refreshed most ever day, even when I dont get my 8 hours. * Ive leaned up and toned up and workouts are better than they used to be. * I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL many of my dear friends and family members have chosen to try the Thrive Experience.
