If its a fact that a hospital provides excellent care and has the awards to show it, then bias has to account for some of its poor estimation. Who hasnt received a compliment that the care here was exemplary with that unmistakeable note of pleasant surprise? This post isnt meant as a gripe. What industry isnt ailing?
