So..... its official! Confirmed this week and made official today.....I will be leaving my #1162 Bellevue (Green Bay) Costco building! My last day here in Green Bay will be February 16th; ( Its a total bittersweet moment in my life. I am super excited for the new opportunity and challenge that lays in front of me. Having the working relationship with your VP & GM, in your region is super amazing. There is a plan for myself....and the ultimate goal for myself is to achieve General Manager status for a Costco building location :) On the flip side....I am leaving a building here in Green Bay where I put so many hours working with an amazing staff. Together we started from the bottom and built this Costco to the very top! So many amazing memories as we conquered each step of the way. Making a positive impact and helping so many lives is whats its all about! This Costco family was built from scratch;) I remember hiring so many of our employees myself. Giving them that yellow ticket saying we would give them a chance to work for Costco. Making people happy felt so good! Leadership has been taken to a whole new level. Its all about developing and teaching our people. I made a hard decision back in the summer of 2013, to leave my kids, family, & friends in California & move out here to Wisconsin. Ultimately it was time for me to chase my dream. Green Bay will forever have a special spot in my heart! Now its time for me to move on to the state capitol of Wisconsin and show Madison what I got;) #1020 Middleton Costco will be my new home starting March 2nd! I am truly honored and blessed to be in my position. Looking forward to working in my 8th Costco building in 3 different regions. Follow your dream! YOLO:) LOVE COSTCO!:)
