So, its that time of the year when many of us are consecrating ourselves to prepare for what God has in store for us in the new year. 2015 is particularly important to me. Biblically 15 means REST. Im going to experience Gods REST. So from January 5-25, 2015 I will be off Facebook outside of posting information relative to my classes. If you need to contact me, email, call or text. Please check my schedule and join me for any of my classes. Again, I will post only relative to my classes. If you want to take one of my classes at the Fulton Family Y and are not a member, you can attend 3 classes for free as a guest, after that its $10 per class. You can also take a C-More Legs class any time. Im posting a calendar that shows when and where Im teaching this month (Im gonna be busy!!). I will be teaching cycle every Tuesday and Wednesday this month and even have a couple of Hip Hop Cycle classes a few Saturdays this month at the Y!! Have a prosperous beginning of the year!! Im expecting some great things over the next 21 days and beyond!
