So its the end of 2014: In January 2014 I made a few goals for this project. I reached most of them, I think, and also accomplished a few other things. Its been a good year. I think... Haha. Heres a list of my 2014 highlights. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- March/April - Released 3 singles on Bandcamp. Your Magic, I Am Me, and Nightlight. June - Released a physical cd that contains 14 of my best songs from 2009 to 2014. The cd is called Push The Dark Away. October - New album The Impressionist Has Left Room For Discussion was released on Bandcamp. Along with the album, a video for the song Beauty Lotto was also released. All year I have been in the top 10 on ReverbNations (South Texas region) charts, occasionally at #1. ( thanks for listening ) Also, I finally reached 5,000 twitter followers. : ) ( My twitter feed consist of self promotion, and talk of buffalo wings, tennis, nature, pie, soda, disney, and music ) I should also note that my cover of Edge of Night from the LOTR movie is almost at 2,000 views and was retweeted by the official HOBBIT twitter page. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Of all the goals I made, only one was not reached, and that was to get this project, Cris Sky, live on stage with a band. The good thing is now going into the new year, I only have ONE goal for 2015. And thats to play live! So thanks to everyone who has given my music the time of day. Thanks for liking my posts, commenting on them, or just straight up viewing them. Thanks for putting up with my constant self promotion. I appreciate it more than I can express over this plain text.
