So its the shortest day tomorrow, in my eyes the end of the year, and i have to say this year wasnt the best year, i had some amazing times, started competing again, and saw family from miles and miles away, met new friends a few foes😏 and tried to make a difference to peoples lives. However unfortunately the world has lost some incredible people, i have lost friends and family, the world has seen awful terror threats and acts of unimaginable violence, but yet it keeps spinning, always moving forward with incredible energy, lets make this next year awesome, keep hold of close friends and family and try to do something amazing and memorable every day, the world is what you make it and no matter how small you are you can make a difference to someones day with the smallest act of kindness, i had one 9 year old client this year try to give me her haloween candy because she said she knew i wouldnt of been trick or treating, that is what makes the world worth living in, thank you to my incredible family, friends and clients for keeping the smiles up, now lets end this year with an epic bang, im off to London now with the pfu team lets bring back some red!!
