And I said, Maam, I am tonight! You realize how time has flown by. The cassette walkman strapped to your bicycle handlebar has made way for the digital car deck. The small town street has meandered its way to the big city traffic. Black has been traded for gray, and youth for wisdom. Yet the song is the same. And, as you pay closer attention to the words than ever before, the traffic light turns green and you know the band’s waiting at the studio. So you drive on, denying yourself that li’l droplet of tear that has pooled up in the corner of your eye. Some songs are just that good. :-)
