So just a little rant for the night- I hardly ever complain haha but here goes it! :) so tonight I go to Meijier late around 10ish and I went specifically to buy a portable DVD player- when I get there..there arent any in the case. I have seen them in that exact spot before so I thought it was weird- so I ask the lady that is in electronics or the photo section about it....she tells me they lock them all up at 9pm. Ok I guess I get that but then I proceed to ask her if she can unlock it so I can purchase one- she then tells me no we lock them all up after 9...I said I specifically came for that and she says, did you drive a long way? Lol Im thinking are you kidding me lady! So I tell her well 20 minutes -and she was like oh... She then tells me I can come in the morning at 7 or.8 am she checks the book and it shows no one comes in until 8..Im like ok. So in my head Im like...Im gonna go find a manager! Haha so I do lol I find this very kind lady- walking with a cane and she is the night manager- I tell her what has happened she goes in the back finds 5 or 6 different DVD players she price checks a couple for me I pick out one and I purchase it lol she then gives me a $10 gift card because she said her employee should have unlocked the case for me lol she said she is gonna have a talk with her :/ needless to say I left happy and I even bought some clothes too- they would have missed out on a lot of money if I was mad and just went somewhere else haha Aimee:1 Employee : 0 :/:(.
