So just a simple observation from my side. The fitness industry is built on lies. Most gurus and coaches and trainers know less than a high school kid with a Flex magazine about training, training protocols, diets, nutrition and exercises. Also, if you believe the wild claims made by supplement companies and people endorsing their supplements, youre in for a shock. Thats not what those models use to look like that on those ad photos. If your trainer tells you to take a pill or inject shit, cause thats what you need to do, I recommend moving on. If they tell you to just do something whether an exercise or specific diet or whatever, without question, I suggest moving on. Someone who knows their trade, will teach you. Not show you. If they really understand why they are doing something with you, theyd be able to explain why in a simple answer. A trainer that cant even squat or bench his own bodyweight, but wants to tell you why leg presses or machine flies are mechanically better for your body, was dropped on his head when he was little and should be supervised in a special facility. But, I suppose hard work aint for everybody. Most are happy with a pill or powder and other chemicals to get where they wanna get. There are good trainers out there. More than enough. But dont be ignorant and just believe someone knows what they are doing because they look the part. Thats not always true. And PTs, please stop selling roids to school kids.
