So, just got caught by the train on Powder Plant Rd. trying to meet my ride to Livingston to teach tonight. Turned around and was going another way and got rear ended at a stop sign. Young lady didnt hit me very hard. My van is fine other than a little paint transfer. Her front end was messed up. Talked to her dad on phone. All she has is liability insurance. We decided not to file police report. No repairs needed for my car as far as I am concerned. Hope that was the right call. Her dad did say he would have the paint transfer buffed out if I wanted, but Im not real concerned. She goes to my school, a senior, and bless her heart, she was so upset.
