So, just need to give some props to Freshbooks. I had an account with them for my occasional freelance projects, but let it lapse because I didnt really have any open invoices for a while. At some point the credit card I had on file with them expired and I didnt update it, so they suspended my account. Well, I went to pay up and get going again, but my account had been permanently closed. I wrote to their support email, and they not only reactivated my account, they *waived* my past-due balance completely! Now *that* is good customer support.
