So just received a "Why those cute baby carrots are DANGERous for you" post, and from a source on nutrition/health that has always seemed legit... Just for fun, very quick check led to the below site! Some of the many categories of viral hoaxes, warnings, emails you "must forward to your whole contact list" etc - I have copied them below! It was quite a revealing few minutes looking some of these over! We are grabbed by the headlines, we are shocked or scared or ... and quick to forward and pass it on! Most of us have or do or will share. Believe we should just verify and double-check before adding to the internet soup of falsehoods. Snopes, BreakTheChain, Hoaxbuster, etc are fantastic go-to resources :)
