So just thought about this. Ever wander how your disappointments are really your appointments in life? Check out this realization and testimony: if I hadnt gone to KSU I wouldnt have ended up living in Kennesaw... graduating and not finding a teaching job led me to work at Kiddie Kandids... diassapointed and in dismayed I kept looking for teaching jobs and eventually KK ended up being my side job while I worked my first year of teaching... then didnt get renewed contract and ended up subbing again and then kiddie kandids under new management attracted Mindy W to come get free pictures of Ava.. first time ever meeting her and figured it would be my last. Then ended up applying for a job at my Alama Mater for a job I didnt want but prayed for as i needed a full time job and asked for Gods will to be done and low and be hold she ended up Mindy being the manager. Still not knowing her more than the customer with the beautiful daughter I took my best pics of, I apparently did well in the panel interview and they hired me... then I moved up and out of Mindys supervision and somehow became friends through her scheme of doing zumba together. Now we are super awesome friends and I realize that one of my main reasons for my disappointment in my career path was to be appointed to be friends with Mindy. She has been such a blessing of encouragement, motivation, perseverance, new beginnings, motherly advice, recipes, laughter, and mostly an accountability partner in my walk with God. She has grown me a lot these past two years and I am thankful for that appointment in my life. There are many other reasons for this appointment but she is certainly a big one. :) love you girl! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
