So just to update you all on our vacation: There was a morning siren that started the day. Number of rockets fell and some were intercepted by Iron Dome. Noon we went to see Vaiman Irina grandparents in their house and spent another siren in the bathroom since it was the only room with 3 external walls facing Gaza. After dinner there was the largest and longest attack of a day yet - we counted about 7 rockets some of which landed pretty close based on pumping sound and glass shaking. In couple of days we here we learned to differentiate between rocket landing sound and interception sound. I personally filmed bunch of them flying over our heads.(was a very stupid idea and I wont repeat it again). The stores in the malls have doors half way closed so people can run for cover if needed. The streets pretty empty since people try not to wonder around without need. But overall - I have never seen people more united then now. It feels like all the woman as well as men are ready to change clothes to uniform and go to Gaza to stop this madness... It seems that Hamas is going to loose big time after this escalation. They united Israelis like never before. Their Pallywood propaganda machine backfires time after time. IDF really nailed the surgical warfare especially if you compare to how Arabs across Middle East dealing with their own brothers... Hope this will be the last time Hamas will threatening anyone...
